Brian started playing guitar while stationed in VA. doing his 4 year enlistment in the military. He purchased his first beat up electric gutar in a pawn shop and started playing . Inspired by listening to bands like The Beatles, Hendrix, Zeppelin and many others that were always being played throughout his house while growing up. Brian soon picked up the bass after seeing what him and Paul could do while playing at open jams with blues legends Little Sammy Davis & Midnight Slim , 2 Bit Jive was born.

Brian attended The Institute of Audio Research in Manhattan where he was taught the fundamentals of audio recording, production, and engineering by some of the industries best.
